My dog loves to play tug-of-war with me using one of her plush toys, or even her leash. My breeder said this was a bad idea, and that it could train her to be aggressive. Is this true?

Most dogs love playing tug-of-war, I've been known to get into a game or two. In fact it’s so rewarding that it’s regularly used for motivation in certain high-intensity canine training programs such as agility, search-and-rescue and police work.
